When are gift boxes assembled?
Each box is hand-assembled in Kabul on the day of delivery — never pre-packed and sitting in storage. A handwritten message card is included in your chosen language.
How long does delivery to Afghanistan take?
We deliver to Kabul same-day for express orders placed before 3 PM Kabul time, and next-day for standard orders. Other Afghan cities are coming soon.
How do I pay?
Card payments in USD via Stripe — Visa, Mastercard, and Apple Pay. We never see or store your card number. The recipient never pays anything on delivery.
Will the recipient know it came from me?
Yes. You can write a personal message in English, Dari, or Pashto when you order. It is hand-written on a card and included with the gift.
Will I get confirmation when the gift is delivered?
Yes. We send a delivery update via WhatsApp or email once your gift is in your recipient's hands, and where possible we share a quick photo too.
